Q: What exactly is a Pet Friendly Rug?

A: Pet Friendly Rugs are stain-resistant area rugs designed to withstand use, and accidents, from your pets. The rugs we select are real rugs with a real pile. We've worked closely with our manufacturers, and have hand-selected each of these rugs, with pet-friendly homes in mind. With a background in professional rug cleaning and repair, we know exactly which rugs will withstand use, accidents, and/or foot traffic, and have only selected the best. Each of these rugs are durable, functional and easy to clean, and are meant for homes with four-legged family members. 

 

Q: How does it work?

A: The synthetic fibers of our rugs keep stains from penetrating beneath the rug's surface. Should your furry friend have an accident, your rug will not be permanently stained, or permanently "scented", as our rugs clean up well and easily. 

 

Q: What makes these rugs different than other rugs?

A: When it comes to pet accidents such as urine, feces or vomit, the majority of rugs nowadays have permanent staining or odor issues, even if the rug is professionally cleaned. The materials and fibers in our Pet Friendly Rugs are able to withstand these pet accidents, and keep any stains or odors from permanently setting. With a simple at-home or professional cleaning, our rugs will come out like new, where as your average rug could still have permanent staining or odor damage, or even experience color fading. 

 

Q: Can I clean the rug myself?

A: We always suggest getting your rugs professionally cleaned just to prevent any permanent staining or damage. However, many of the smaller accidents or spills can be treated at home with a good, reliable stain remover, or cleaning product. Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email or text notification (based on your selected notification preferences) as soon as your order ships, with tracking info included. If the item is delayed or backordered, you will be notified immediately.

Q:  Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, we only ship within the Contiguous United States. We are working hard to bring Pet Friendly Rugs to the rest of the country, and internationally. We will update everyone as soon as we are able to! In the mean time, we thank you for your patience. 

 

Q: Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
